Many people arrived on Island today, Tony started a bike rental business, he gave me one to use.
I took two long rides, out in the countryside. I saw a made training a beautiful horse, it could do 5 gates.
I saw a man tediously picking something small from a wild bush, he said it was capers.
I bought some zuchini flowers and fixed some ravioli stuffed with sausage,tomatoes and cheese. Then I made a sauce with the flowers,marsala wine ,olive oil garlic and butter.
