My day started early,I got up at 4 AM, had to work on cleaning up my computor,it was very slow. I got it working good now.

I went to the Trapani harbor at 6 AM, saw the fisherman bringing in their catch. They had a big fish market their, it was interesting.

I acme home and went to the pescaria a few doors down from where I live, I bought some fresh caught sardines. I fryed some for breakfast and fixed the rest for dinner, I cooked them in wine ,garlic,fennel,onions,parsely,fresh tomatoes.
I have just realized today that their are no fast food resturants here,no MacDonalds,or any others.
I saw a very interesting church here,Saint Peatros , it has 11 domes ,1 big one and 5 smaller ones on each side.
I saw a cat and a dog who was sitting with his front paws crossed, he really looked relaxed.
I went to a beautiful park near Piaaza Garibaldi, it had ficus trees,I think they were banyan trees, it had date palms,ducks,swans and geese.Lots of statues and fountains.

A bright clear sunny spring day here, walked around a lot,cooked some of the food. I made escorole with beans , pizza with buffalo mozzerla,fresh tomatoes and basil.
I think I found out where the fishmen bring in their catch,plan to go their early Tuesday.

Went to church,cooked osso buco and rissoto.
I had a bus driver yesterday that must have taken lessons from a friend of mine, every right turn, he ran over the curb.
I have noticed that most everyone hangs their laundry outside to dry. What I noticed , that their is never any underwear?
It could be
1. they don't wash underwear,
2. they don't wear underwear,
3.they dry underwear inside
4, they use hairdryers to dry underwear.
What is the answer ? Should I ask? Who should I ask ?
I tried to google it but got nowhere.

Today I stopped in the church at 5 PM , I wanted to take some pictures. They had vespers.
I was very nice, young people , even very young children singing, they insence burning.

More on Marsala, I saw a sign that said "virtus distilleria" with a picture of a still. I followed the sign, could not find it. I asked people , went around in circles. I went to Polizia station, he gave me directions,back near the railroad station. I left there and around the corner was a small sign on a building that said "virtus distilleria", I went in the courtyard a dog statred barking and a women came t upper window and said "chuiso". Another day I will go.
The fisherman were all very freindly at the harbor, most of them had already sold their catch, some were repairing the nets.

Today I went to Marsala by train, only $6. I saw fisherman bringing in their catch.
I came home and made Baccala Caserta style, with tomatoes,cerely fennel,garlic ,and olives.

Today I went food shopping in a different neighborhood, I bought fish,pork chops,osso bucco,ricotta,provolone,mortdella,tomatoes,artichokes,cerely,mushrooms all for under $20 !
I cooked Christmas eve pasta with fresh tomatoes,anchovies,capers,olives,pine nuts,garlic and fennel, wow it was good.
