Today is May day, a big holiday in Italy. It lasts from May 1st to May 4th.
The passenger ferry was full with people for the holiday, most everything closed, not even the fish peddlers were out.
My new apartment is great, but I have to you the internet out in the courtyard. It is nice to have a separate bedroom and a full size bed. It is nice and sunny with lots of windows.
The manager here is a very young guy, Antonino Quartana, he even speaks some English. Prsented me with cup of expresso when I arrived. He had googled name name on the internet, and was very impressed.
