May 12, 2009 Went to beach, only 1 other person there, got some sun. Cooked some ravioli,with spinach, ricotta,and cheese.

OK Gene, now I must have Italian food for lunch!!! How long to you plan to stay on the island and where will you go from there? Man we love Italy. We are watching on tv, the Giro bike race which is in northern Italy now and working its way to finish in Rome on May 31st. Can only imagine the great food those spectators are eating each night.
