Today I walked over to the old tuna processing plant, it is being restored as a hotel, shopping,and restaurant complex. They were setting up a stage for a opening celabration and concert.
They would process more than 10,000 tons of tuna a year there!
They no longer catch a lot of tuna here, they depleated most all the
tuna fish, by over fishing.
