May 5, 2009 Today was another beautiful day, I cooked couscous, also finished the Branzino, cooked greens with beans. Took a picture of a doctor office, same name as a doctor I went to 50 years ago !

I have not found Brocoli rabe since begining of March. I use fava beans,fresh, canoli dried beans and dried chick peas. chickory and escarole greens.
