May6,2009
Bright sunny day in Favignana, was up early, on my laptop outside at sunrise. About 4 kitty cats who live at apartment stopped by to visit me. It seems people do not get up early here.
I fixed panicota with left over greens, used homemade bread, fried in olive oil with garlic, until garlic burned, poured in greens and beans....delicious for breakfast.
I could not find fresh ricotta here (:, made manicotta for lunch.

Buon Giorno!

Glad to hear you are eating the greens and beans, I read in The Food Pharmacy that both have very good preventative meds value.

Recent studies show that beans are very good to prevent cancer, for example.

A question: do you ever make a soup stock with the old fish bones?

Have a wonderful day!

Here is a website I found,

www.euroma.info
[choose "Translate this page"]
and
choose "English" when you get to the homepage

To look at jobs available, click onto "News" from the Menu Bar.

It tells about jobs in Italy to teach kids English. They have an URGENT need:

One family in Naples has been looking for someone ["English mother tongue"] tutor to teach two kids, ages 4 & 5, for three months now!

EUROMA
Viale Bruno Buozzi 19 A1 Int. 3

They have jobs all over Europe also, in Spain and France.
