A Beautiful sun shining day in Jugon. Stopped by the Charity shope, today is the day they change the window display.
Yesterday I made some fresh mushroom ravioli, I stuffed them with shallots, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, fresh picked fennel seeds; I made a sauce with butter, shallots, mushrooms, cream and parmesan cheese.
I also had for lunch a fresh baggette filled with rouqfort cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and basil.

The soup you made sounds yummy also.
Hey I just read a Natl Geog 1995; the cover story is SICILY. It says that "Marsala" [the word] comes from "Mars" = "Mare" = Ocean (or Port) and "Allah" = [God].
Also it said some entrpreurs will be re-doing the tuna cannery which you visited there!
Plus had some infos on Mysteri procession.
