Todays dish, minestra ala pane cotta, greens with anchovies, garlic, olive oil, olives, fried bread, grreat for breakfast.

Make greens, using escorole or chickery , use anchovies, garlic, olive oil and white beans. the next day, chop up 4 cloves of garlic , put in a pan of olive oil and cook till garlic turns black, add cubes of dry bread , till bread has absorded most of the oil, then add the leftover greens.
