Baked bread also some pizza, checked out market, checked harbor. Weather is beautiful.

I baked a teensy mini loaf also using oats, cornmeal, millet, flaxseed meal, ww bran, ww flour, sunflower seeds, and poultry spice [combo of sage, oregano, etc.] on the same day you baked your bread!

I read is a type of pasta bigello that is made from buckwheat or whole wheat and super long noodles.

Do you ever see biologicale naturale products there?

Also I read canerdeli is a type of dumpling.

I've made dumplings from chickpea flour, olive oil, black pepper, and poultry spice or pizza seasoning then serve it in brodo with grated carrot or what have you.

Another inexpensive but filling dish is stratiacella [sp?] Italian egg drop soup.
