Was a good day, went to pescaria, bought some very tiny fish for frito misto. went to meat market bought some fresh lean ground beef and cutlet.they cut the cutlet on a slicer very thim. went to salumeria, just to say bon journo, they sold me some fresh bufflao mozzerella and I also bought som head cheese and mortadella. Stopped in pastry shop, bought a zepolee. Went to vegetable stand, needed some garlic, I asked for aoli. they could not understand, I looked around, found some. They said something like "ajoli" !

It was a beautiful sunny day,stop to say jouno to older lady by church, gave her a few coins, she gave me a blessing and a card. She said bon fortuno and bon journee.

I cooked the fish into frito misto, made bracolli , cooked the ground meat , made a tomato saice, cooked it for 6 hours.

Ate plenty and had a nap.
