Today I made some pasta fagoli for breakfast, then I went for two bus rides, this is getting me to know my way around better. When I got back a made a great sandwich, with mortadella,provolone,frsh tomatoes,bib lettuce,oilve oil and balsamic vinegar.
The olive oil here is remarkable thick green,favorfull and delicious. I bought a sfuadella,filled with lemon custard from pastry shop, also had the richest dark chocolate gelato.
I found out their is going to be a chocolate festival called "Cioccolattando" it is going to be from March 20 to 22nd. It is free admission, It is being put on by the famous pasterteria "Vito Filingeri". It is going to be near here in the town of Erice,on the ocean.
I made a great pizza tonight with fresh buffalo mozzarella,fresh tomatoes,basil and olive oil.
